At the app, you select the button unlock bicycle and point your cell phone camera to the QR Code located at the bicycle handlebar.

5. Handy tips and good practices to your trip 
To ensure your ride is comfortable, it is crucial to adjust the bicycle seat height. Loosen the lock pulling it to the side and put the seat at the appropriate position to your height.
The bicycle basket has perfect room to accommodate your belongings with safety. Thus, you freely and safely ride. Use the elastic band to keep everything on the right place. It is extremely important to have in mind the traffic rules: it is forbidden to carry pets and children in the bicycle, ok?
Before starting to ride, check if everything is all right with the bicycle. Are the tires full? Are the brakes working correctly? Is the seat adjusted? Is everything safe in the basket? 
Have you noticed something wrong? Return the bicycle within 2 minutes and you shall not be charged for that trip. Activate the maintenance button located at the top of the dock where you have blocked the inoperative bicycle. By doing that, choose another bicycle to unlock. At the app, it is also possible to report to us the defect found.

Have you finished the trip? Do not abandon the bicycle at the street! At the app, check the closest station to return it selecting “Vacancies”, and block the bicycle. It is not necessary to be the same station where you picked the bicycle up.
In the event the station chosen is full when you arrive, choose another close station with empty docks.
